PAF BOARD

  • Ben Wolf - President

    bwolf@srfacs.org

I've been a part of the SRFACS community for 8 years now, starting when my daughter entered TK. She's now off to 7th grade in the middle school program at Slater. It has been an amazing journey watching her develop as she has become fluent in French, made some great friends, and been exposed to a global perspective. My son is in 2nd grade and getting going on his journey too. I'm passionate about finding ways to continuously improve our kids' experience, and fortunate to work with a fantastic crew of parents, teachers, and staff as we support the vision of the school and bilingual education.

  • Carmen Dehlinger - Vice President

    cdehlinger@srfacs.org

I have two kids at SRFACS in 6th and 2nd grades. I feel so lucky that they have access to this incredible bilingual education and get to be a part of a diverse and international school community here in Santa Rosa. I enjoy fundraising for the Parent Association Foundation which supports our school programs, our teachers and students.

  • Sean Charter - Treasurer

    scharter@srfacs.org

I am a father of three children at SRFACS. We began our journey with the school 7 years ago, and I have been on the PAF board for the past 5 years, acting as the Foundation treasurer. We chose SRFACS because we believe in the benefit of a bilingual immersion education and the opportunities it can provide. We have found within it a vibrant community with a strong sense of pride in the quality of education and experience it provides its students. For my own children’s involvement with the school over the next 8 years as well as the long-term future of SRFACS and the unique program it provides, my goal is to be able to continue help foster a prosperous and sustainable parent foundation that will serve the school long into the future. I feel fortunate to be a part of this community and to be able to contribute to the success of the school; its teachers, community, and most importantly its students.

  • Monique Audiat-Rewick - Secretary

    monique@srfacs.org

My son and I recently moved to Santa Rosa from Sonoma in order to be closer to SRFACS. I was raised in California but come from a French Family. I work in HR for technology companies and enjoy food, wine, travel, sailing, sun and fun. I am passionate about French culture and the amazing community environment found at SRFACS.

  • Aimee Sands Carney - Communications Chair

    asands@srfacs.org

Along with the excellent education and rich cultural experience, community is one of the things I most appreciate about SRFACS. That's why I joined PAF - to help foster more connections while supporting the school. My two daughters are in 2nd and 4th grade, and I'm really enthused about the bilingual learning, friendships, and fun they've experienced so far. I work in PR/Marketing and am passionate about food, wine, and the great outdoors.

  • Bibiana Pisoni - Class Rep Chair

    bpisoni@srfacs.org

I live in Santa Rosa with my husband and two sons, both students at SRFACS. I am the chair of the Class Rep Committee and on the Finance Committee. I was born in Medellin, Colombia. At a very early age, I was inspired to make wine—so after four years of college in Medellin, I went to France. I graduated from the school of Angouleme with a degree of viticulture and enology, followed by a degree in Enology from the University of Bordeaux. From the beginning of my training in Angouleme, farming was my biggest passion followed by making wine. It is for this reason that I embrace Sonoma County as my home and the place to raise my family.

  • Britany Westerman - Event Coordinator

    bwesterman@srfacs.org

I am the mother of two kids at SRFACS, Griffin and Evie. With a background in Hospitality and Event Management, I am now the Creative Director of Reed & James Events, an event planning company specializing in weddings and event design. Having previously served on the board as Vice-President in 2017, I am happy to continue volunteering on PAF and supporting the school and SRFACS community.

  • Danielle Stewart - Volunteer Coordinator

    dstewart@srfacs.org

I have a son at SRFACS. He is in second grade this year. As an ESL teacher and a second language learner, I am so grateful my son has the opportunity for a bilingual education. I joined PAF last year wanting to get connected with our school community and help out where I can to support our school programs, teachers, students and their families.

  • Emmanuel Jougounoux - Cultural Events Chair

  • Jenny Slama - Events, Carnaval auction, Kermesse, Dine & Donates

    jslama@srfacs.org

Our family is rather new to the school. We have two sons - a first-grader here at SRFACS and a future-Wolf, currently in preschool. I enjoy helping SRFACS families feel welcomed and informed about the variety of ways you can get involved at our school ... there's a place for everyone to support SRFACS! As a newer member of PAF, I am still learning about all the opportunities to do so and I hope to cross paths with you if you are interested in getting involved, but unsure where to start. My role with PAF is helping with events and fundraising.

  • Juliette McElvany - Enrichment Coordinator

    jmcelvany@srfacs.org

My family has been a part of the SRFACS community for the past 8 years, starting when my son entered TK. Currently, he is in 7th grade at Herbert Slater middle school, continuing along the French track. Our two younger daughters are in 2nd and 5th grade at SRFACS. We chose this school for our 3 children primarily because of its inspiring teachers, bilingual program and international culture. Growing up in both the USA and England, it was crucial for me that my children receive an international educational experience. Currently, I serve as the Enrichment Coordinator at SRFACS. My background is in Art & Design and Architectural Interior Design, particularly Environmental Design.

  • Lauren Palleschi

    lpalleschi@srfacs.org

  • Ludovic Pallanca - Teacher Liasion

I've been teaching at SRFACS since 2021. I first taught two years in Kindergarten before taking a 3rd grade class for my third year at the school.

I'm delighted to be working for this school. The environment is healthy and rich in a variety of cultures. The school community, which brings together students, parents and teachers, is a force that pulls everyone together.

I'm also an active member of the PAF, representing teachers on its board. The discussions around pedagogical projects at our meetings are always interesting, and it's a privilege to feel supported in our ideas and projects.

I look forward to meeting you soon!

  • Melissa Greenberg

    mgreenberg@srfacs.org

  • Nora Mallonee - Grant Writing Chair

    nmallonee@srfacs.org

Part of what I love most about SRFACs is the strong sense of community. Through cultural events and traditions, enrichment opportunities, fieldtrips and school-wide events the school welcomes students and families and creates a fun and engaging culture. With a daughter in 2nd grade and twins who will join the school next year, I joined PAF to help support these opportunities and foster the SRFACs community in the years to come.

  • Sarah Dal Porto - Green Committee Chair

    sdalporto@srfacs.org

I am the PAF representative for the Green Committee. I am passionate about working with SRFACS parents and staff to advocate for sustainable practices within our school community. I have two boys at SRFACS, a 3rd grader and a 1st grader. Please get in touch with me if you are interested in helping with the Green Committee, Bike Committee, Garden Committee, and the Campus/Facilities Committee.
